Licensing and Partnerships
How much will it cost? There are 3 components to the cost of a deployment of the Infopoint platform in your institution.
License cost
You will need to buy a license for use of the platform. You can either pay a monthly fee to use the platform as a managed service running off of our own servers, or pay a one-off fee to install and use the platform on your own server.
Project support
The needs of each institution are unique, and you may need individual support to implement the platform to fit your own needs, or to develop new capabilities that fit your requirements. Any initial deployment support for projects is evaluated and priced uniquely as an initial one-off cost.
Hardware and material
If you decide to use the Infopoint platform for engagement with visitors, you may want to use hardware such as tablets, or design and deploy material such as Infostands and Infopoints. Such material will have to be priced and acquired separately from third-party providers.
Licensing options
You can run the Infopoint platform as a managed service running on our own servers in exchange for a monthly fee, or can purchase a one-off license and deploy on your own server infastructure.

You run the Infopoint platform as a managed service running off our servers. You have access to all features, updates, and 100MB of space for your media. Ideal for most institutions.

One-off license
You purchase a license once as a one-off cost, and we help you install and run the platform off your own servers. You have access to all future updates, and pay no further monthly fees to us.
